Lucie dominating on Love Island

Lucie Donlan seems as popular with the public as she is with the boys competing for her attention in the Love Island villa.

The Cornwall surfer has seen her odds slashed into 7/4 to be the winning girl in Love Island 2019, as Joe Garrett and Tommy Fury go head-to-head to try and convince her that they are the right boyfriend material.

Despite only being a few days into the 2019 series, Lucie has both Joe and Tommy battling to try and win her over. She coupled with Joe originally before things turned when late entry Tommy came in and coupled with her, much to Joe’s annoyance.

Lucie looks to be in two-minds, but Punters are not as the money is coming thick and fast for her, and she is now 7/4. Joe is still favourite to be top boy at 2/1, whilst Tommy is 5/2.

The biggest movers in the betting stakes in the opening days has been dancer Curtis Pritchard, who coupled up with Amy Hart – who was only too happy to walk away from Anton Danyluk – who was another who had tried to catch Lucie’s eye.

And the public seem to like Curtis and Amy – they are now second favourites to be top male and female with Curtis at 9/4 and Amy at 5/2.

OddsMonkey spokesman Peter Watton commented: “It has all been about Lucie in the opening two days with a real love triangle emerging between her Joe and Tommy, and it is not putting the public off her – far from it with her odds now at 7/4 to win.

“But it is Curtis and Amy who have seen a big crash in odds, and they quickly look like the most settled couple at this early stage – which should not be discounted as only last year we saw Dani and Jack romp to victory after hooking up in the opening week of the show.”
