Customers purchasing homes will have the choice of three custom-designed sets, the fruit of a collaborative effort between the interior design teams of Montreaux and IKEA. These packages are customisable, with options for buyers to blend in their cherished furniture pieces. The design packs, available for 1-bed, 2-bed, and 3-bed homes, are priced between £6,000 and £12,000, encompassing furniture, linens, window dressings, home accessories, and kitchenware.

Montreaux Homes and IKEA are renowned for their exceptional design sensibilities and value, seamlessly blending timeless design with evolving trends. This partnership is a strategic move towards easing buyers into their new homes with style and convenience.

James Rowntree, Managing Director of Montreaux Homes, states: “We never stop thinking of ways to give homeowners something better. This permeates everything we build into each home, as well as the services and offers we make available to our customers. Our collaboration with IKEA will give buyers an opportunity to not only buy a new home but also bring their own personal style and make it their own without delay.”

Design Options

The available design sets include three principal styles: METRO, a blend of urban sophistication with mid-century and industrial influences; GLOBAL, catering to those with a penchant for eclectic and bohemian elements; and CLASSIC-CORE, offering a foundational contemporary look for personal embellishment.

Application in Practice

Montreaux buyers will be provided with Pack Guides to view the included items in showrooms. They will also have the opportunity for a one-hour remote consultation with an IKEA interior design specialist, focusing on customising their new home. IKEA will take care of delivering and assembling the furniture, facilitating a stress-free move.
