Modirum Platforms Enters U.S. Market to Support Public Safety and Critical Infrastructure

Finnish deep-tech company establishes American entity to strengthen North American operations

Modirum Platforms, a European provider of secure communications and critical infrastructure technology, has expanded into the United States with the creation of a dedicated legal entity. The move is part of the company’s international growth strategy and will enable closer collaboration with U.S. clients and partners.

Brett Johnson has been appointed to lead Channels and Partner Network Development in the U.S. He brings extensive experience in commercial leadership across critical communications and infrastructure and will oversee recruitment, strategic partnerships and client delivery in sectors including telecom, public safety, defense and critical infrastructure.

Sami Honkaniemi, Managing Director of Critical Communications at Modirum Platforms, said: “We’re seeing strong demand in the U.S. for secure, high-performance technology platforms that enable smarter and more resilient operations.”
