This June marks two years since Nicky Greer launched the award-winning Property Lease Options Mastery Academy — a trailblazing education platform that’s helped investors reimagine what’s possible through creative property finance.
Initially aimed at UK-based investors, the Academy has since grown into a thriving global network. It teaches aspiring entrepreneurs how to use lease options and vendor finance to secure property deals without relying on standard financial routes.
In recent months, Nicky’s expertise has been recognised globally. She has become an official Influencer for the Global Woman Group, regularly appearing on international stages, and is now a featured columnist in Global Woman Magazine, as well as three other respected publications in property and business.
The Academy has produced some extraordinary results: one graduate has exceeded £20 million in deals, while another achieved £170,000 in profits from two transactions just one month after joining.
The next step for the Academy is Dubai. Nicky is bringing her methodology to the Middle East with a series of exclusive retreats, workshops, and networking events aimed at helping entrepreneurs tap into one of the world’s fastest-growing property markets.
