London Economics is pleased to announce the appointment of Carl Emmerson as a Partner in their Public Policy Practice. Emmerson, who is currently the Deputy Director of the Institute for Fiscal Studies (IFS), brings over three decades of experience in applied research and policy advice to the firm.

Emmerson will join the firm’s head office in Somerset House in London in December and will be part of the leadership team, reflecting the high demand for the firm’s services.
