Swarovski International Holding AG, a leading luxury company known for its impeccable craftsmanship and high-quality crystals, has announced the appointment of new members to its Board of Directors.
Effective Monday, February 2, 2026, Ms. Jing Ulrich, a renowned global investment banking executive and board member, has joined the Board as its sixth Independent Director. Ms. Nadja Swarovski-Adams and Ms. Carina Schiestl-Swarovski, both 5th Generation, and Mr. Arturo Pacifico Griffini, 6th Generation, have been appointed as family-appointed Family Directors, along with Ms. Beatrice Ballini, a new family-appointed External Director designated by Mr. Markus Langes-Swarovski.
These appointments follow a unanimous decision by Swarovski’s family shareholders in 2021 to integrate the company’s operations in Wattens, strengthen the Family governance, and resolve all legal disputes. This move sets the foundation for the company’s continued success and value creation, building upon its recent business turnaround and return to positive financial results.
“We are delighted to welcome the new members to our Board of Directors. With their diverse experiences and expertise, we are confident that they will bring valuable insights and contribute to the company’s growth and success,” says Ms. Luisa Delgado, Chair of the Board of Directors. Mr. Robert Buchbauer, Vice Chair of the Board of Directors, adds, “We are excited to work together to take the company to the next level.”
The new Board of Directors is committed to responsible Corporate Governance, following the principles of the Swiss Code of Best Practice. This includes a clear strategy for sustained long-term value creation and effective management oversight.
