UK cleaning companies now have a new tool to help them manage their operations more efficiently. WhiteIQ, a commercial cleaning operations software platform, officially launched on Friday, 14 August, 2026. Designed with firsthand experience of managing commercial cleaning contracts, WhiteIQ aims to provide a comprehensive view of a company’s workforce, sites, and service delivery.
The platform was created to address the challenges faced by cleaning companies in managing their operations, especially when much of the work takes place when managers and clients are not physically present. WhiteIQ brings together scheduling, GPS attendance, site verification, cleaning audits, compliance, and client reporting into one system, making it easier for businesses to keep track of their activities.
One of the main features of WhiteIQ is its ability to give managers a complete record of activity connected to each cleaning site and shift. Through GPS-enabled clock-in and clock-out, cleaners can record their attendance at specific locations, and businesses can also maintain cleaning checklists, photographic evidence, digital audits, staff records, and compliance information within the platform. This allows managers to monitor activity across multiple sites and maintain a history of service delivery for internal management and client reporting.
The team behind WhiteIQ describes it as “The Black Box of Commercial Cleaning Operations,” emphasizing the importance of having a clear record of what happens on site. This idea was born out of the challenges faced by White Regal Cleaning Services, a UK cleaning company, in managing their operations and coordinating cleaners across different client locations. As the company grew, they realized the need for a more practical way of managing their records and gaining a clearer picture of each site.
In August 2026, WhiteIQ officially entered live operational use within White Regal Cleaning Services, providing the development team with a working commercial cleaning environment to further improve the platform. It offers more than just attendance tracking, with features such as staff scheduling, site management, photographic evidence, digital cleaning audits, compliance records, operational reporting, client visibility, and multi-site management. The platform is also Cyber Essentials certified and registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office for data protection.
WhiteIQ is initially focused on commercial cleaning companies operating in the UK, particularly those managing cleaners across multiple customer locations. However, the long-term goal is to provide cleaning companies with one operational system for managing their people, sites, service records, compliance, and client reporting as they grow.
Rasheed Omotayo, CEO of WhiteIQ, stated, “Commercial cleaning has a visibility problem. A lot of the work happens when management and the client are not physically there. When something goes wrong, you should not have to search through messages, spreadsheets, and photographs just to understand what happened. We built WhiteIQ so businesses can have a clear record of their cleaning operations. If something happened at a site, management should be able to see it.”
WhiteIQ will continue to develop the platform following its first live operational deployment, with wider availability planned for commercial cleaning businesses. For more information, please visit whiteiq.co.uk.
