Tiverton Fabrications Limited acquired by Expromet Technologies Group, further bolstering UK manufacturing capabilities.

On Thursday 29 January, 2026, Expromet Technologies Group, a leading precision engineering group serving global OEMs, Tier 1s and associated supply chains, announced the acquisition of Tiverton Fabrications Limited, a renowned and trusted provider of fabricated and welded solutions.

The acquisition will further strengthen Expromet’s position as a turnkey manufacturing partner, broadening its UK footprint and allowing the group to offer fully integrated casting, machining, welding, fabrication and assembly across its sites.

Tiverton Fabrications, based in Tiverton, Devon, specializes in performance-critical welded solutions such as bespoke vessels, vacuum chambers, cylinders, and tubes in a variety of materials including aluminum, stainless steel, and specialty alloys. Their clients span across the UK and worldwide. By joining Expromet, Tiverton Fabrications will benefit from being part of a robust and high-growth organization, while also providing customers with access to advanced engineering processes across the Group.
