This state-of-the-art development in Southport has come to fruition thanks to a collaborative venture with financial backers Seneca, transforming a site once owned by Tesco into an eco-efficient, contemporary storage solution, embodying SureStore’s progressive outlook on self-storage.
In addition to secure units ranging in size from 10sqft to over 250sqft, the facility introduces adaptable trade counters, office spaces for burgeoning local enterprises, and units catering to last-mile logistics, complemented by a partnership with Hertz for van hire and dedicated parking spaces, thus providing a holistic solution for logistical needs.
Nestled at Scarisbrick New Road, the facility is optimally positioned for clientele in and around Southport, including the vicinities of Banks, Rufford, Ormskirk, and Formby.
