Munich, Germany – On Wednesday, September 10th, 2025, REMA TIP TOP announced the acquisition of significant assets and operations of the Canadian Almex Group. This strategic move expands the company’s portfolio in the area of conveyor belt vulcanizing systems and solidifies its position as the world’s leading provider of integrated conveying solutions.

With the integration into the REMA TIP TOP Group, Almex gains access to expanded research and development (R&D) capacities, international supply networks, and a larger global customer base. The combined expertise of both organizations will be used to develop next-generation solutions for conveyor system operators worldwide.
