– The platform enables businesses to utilize state-of-the-art AI on European infrastructure.
– Enterprises maintaining control over data without exposure to external jurisdictions.
– Early adopter Increso praises the platform’s compliance with European data protection standards.

Polarise has unveiled its new Polarise AI Cloud at NVIDIA GTC Berlin, marking a significant expansion of its European AI Factories into a comprehensive sovereign cloud platform. This innovative offering includes two key products: Polarise Rise, an enterprise chatbot assistant, and Polarise Drive, which provides API access to leading open-weight AI models. Both products are designed to ensure enterprises can leverage advanced AI technologies while maintaining full control over their data.

Transforming Infrastructure into an AI-Centric Ecosystem

The establishment of the Polarise AI Cloud follows the successful operation of the company’s AI Factories in Germany and Norway, including a notable deployment in Munich achieved in collaboration with one of Europe’s largest telecommunications companies. By delivering a platform that encompasses everything from data centers to advanced NVIDIA computing and user applications, Polarise is setting a new standard for AI infrastructure in Europe.

Instead of constructing new facilities from scratch, Polarise adopts an efficient approach by repurposing existing buildings equipped with essential infrastructure. Through its modular AI Pods, the company can deploy self-sufficient data centers swiftly, as evidenced by the rapid development of its Munich AI Hub, taking just six months to operationalize.

Empowering Businesses with Sovereign Data Solutions

Polarise Rise serves as a dedicated AI chat assistant designed for business environments. It allows employees to collaborate on various projects without risking data exposure, as all information is processed within Polarise’s secure European infrastructure. Available through three subscription models, Polarise Rise is now accessible to enterprises and teams.

Meanwhile, Polarise Drive offers developers the capability to utilize top-tier open-weight models, including GLM 5.3 and the latest NVIDIA Nemotron models, through a straightforward API interface. Compatible with the OpenAI SDK, this service allows users to transition existing applications seamlessly. Customers benefit from a pay-per-token pricing structure, ensuring transparency and efficiency. Future enhancements planned for Drive include an Agentic Engine for creating custom AI agents and additional support for integrating various tools.

Client Success: Increso Leverages Polarise Drive

Among the initial users of Polarise Drive is Increso, an Italian customer experience firm that employs AI agents for continuous customer service operations. With a focus on delivering fast and compliant AI solutions, Increso integrates its platform, Inxide, with Polarise Drive, enabling it to service over 10,000 customers daily.

“Our clients expect AI agents that are fast, reliable and fully compliant with European data protection rules,” said Marco Modonesi, CTO at Increso. “With Polarise Drive, we run the latest Nemotron models for our agents on European infrastructure – without compromising on performance or on control over our clients’ data. That makes it much easier for us to bring agentic AI into customer service, including data-sensitive industries.”

Guaranteeing Data Sovereignty and Compliance

Polarise’s commitment extends to the ownership and operation of its infrastructure, ensuring that customer data remains within the EU and is shielded from the U.S. CLOUD Act. The company holds ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO 9001 certifications, with additional attestation for BSI C5 and SOC 2 Type I and Type II currently underway.

“European companies want to use the best AI available, but they should not have to give up control over their data to do it,” said Michel Boutouil, CEO of Polarise. “We built our own AI Factories first. Now we are putting a sovereign cloud layer on top of them. Our customers get the full stack from one European provider – and they don’t pay a premium for sovereignty.”

Robust Performance Powered by NVIDIA

The Polarise AI Cloud is built on NVIDIA Blackwell architecture and primarily utilizes high-performance servers from NVIDIA partner Kerno, ensuring cutting-edge capabilities for users.

Visitors to NVIDIA GTC Berlin are invited to experience the Polarise AI Cloud live at booth 3016.
