PipeChain AB has announced its first acquisition outside of the Nordics, as its subsidiary PipeChain Networks acquires UK-based software company, AdvanceFirst Technologies Limited. This strategic move is aimed at strengthening PipeChain’s offering in the Retail industry and expanding its presence across Europe.
According to Hans Berggren, Group CEO & Co-founder of PipeChain, this acquisition will enable retailers and their suppliers to rapidly build highly connected, agile, and resilient supply chains. “We are excited about this strategic acquisition and the potential it holds for our business.
