Event Campsites are the first company to offer secure camping facilities for festival-goers at this years two day Parklife festival being held at Heaton Park.
The company recently clashed with the official Parklife festival organisers due to health and safety concerns but these have been quashed by Event Campsites who spoke to the Manchester Evening News stating:
“The site will be manned 24 hours a day by licensed security people.
“The lake and pylons will all be fenced off with anti-climb fencing and the fencing all around the perimeter of the campsite will be secure.
Just near Heaton Park there are more than 40 acres of countryside parkland there, which can hold approx. 5,000 pitches. 10,000 campers are expected for this event and numbers are rising each day.
