Oakheart Property has announced the appointment of Joseph Hall as its new Area Director of Lettings, a pivotal addition that strengthens the firm’s leadership team during a period of rapid regional expansion.
The announcement follows Oakheart’s bold strategic moves, including a successful Essex launch and the recent acquisition of a leading lettings firm in Suffolk — positioning the company as an increasingly dominant presence in the East of England’s property market.
With more than 20 years of experience in the property sector, Joseph brings extensive industry insight and a proven leadership record. Formerly a Managing Director at a major regional firm, he played an integral role in scaling residential lettings services and more recently has worked as a coach and consultant to estate agencies nationwide.
Having worked closely with both private landlords and institutional investors, Joseph is particularly well-versed in market regulations, strategic growth, and delivering best-in-class service — strengths that align with Oakheart’s mission to lead the lettings market in Essex and Suffolk.
“I’m thrilled to be joining such a forward-thinking and dynamic team,” said Joseph. “Oakheart has built a remarkable reputation for its bold and dynamic approach and community focus. I’m excited to leverage my experience to lead the next stage of growth for the lettings side of the business.”
Welcoming the appointment, Oakheart Co-Founder Dan Mitchell commented:
“We are excited to welcome Joseph to Oakheart. His track record speaks for itself — he brings unrivalled expertise, outstanding leadership, and a passion for delivering exceptional results for landlords and tenants alike. As our lettings division continues to grow, Joseph’s appointment marks another significant step in strengthening our position as the go-to property experts across Essex and Suffolk.”
Oakheart’s decision to bring Joseph on board reflects its commitment to recruiting elite talent, driving service innovation, and reinforcing its reputation for excellence. His leadership is expected to usher in a new chapter of strategic growth and enhanced service standards across the region.
