London, UK – Thursday 15 January, 2026 – The iconic fitness legend, Mr. Motivator, is set to make a grand return to morning television screens in a major partnership with multi-channel retail shopping network, Ideal World.
Derrick Evans MBE, popularly known as Mr. Motivator, will be joining Ideal World on Sunday 18 January to spearhead a dedicated wellness initiative aimed at promoting the message that age is just a number and movement is for everyone.
The partnership will feature two key elements designed to engage viewers and promote a healthy lifestyle:
“The Morning Motivator” – a 5-minute segment airing daily at 6.55am and 7.55am, where Mr. Motivator will share accessible routines, positivity, and practical tips to kickstart the day. The focus will be on everyday mobility, circulation, and joy, rather than high-impact cardio.
The Monthly Live Takeover – once a month, Mr. Motivator will host an extended live show, showcasing the latest in home health innovation, fitness solutions, and recovery aids, all delivered with his signature infectious enthusiasm.

Viewers can catch Mr. Motivator’s live debut on Sunday 18 January at 9am on Ideal World (Sky 664, Freeview 51, Virgin 747, and Freesat 812), as well as live on the Ideal World website and YouTube channel. The daily Morning Motivator will then launch on Monday 19th January at 6.55am and 7.55am.
