The company has announced its expansion into the international market through a franchise model. This strategic move will allow McFIT to grow its brand presence in new markets where the company does not have any company-owned locations.
McFIT has established itself as a leader in the fitness industry, with over 230 company-owned gyms across Europe in countries such as Germany, Austria, and Italy. All of these locations have been leased, built, and operated by the company. This structure will remain unchanged in existing markets. However, with the new franchise model, McFIT is aiming to replicate the success of Gold’s Gym, which has been a part of the RSG Group since 2020. Gold’s Gym currently operates 58 company-owned studios worldwide and 507 franchise gyms.

To ensure that the McFIT concept is accessible for franchise partners globally, the company has developed a comprehensive package of professional franchise tools. These tools are designed to adapt flexibly to local conditions, maintain strong brand management and a consistent brand appearance, and provide partners with all the necessary tools for a smooth setup and daily operations. Additionally, the company has established clearly defined processes and structures to support franchise partners from the initial contact to beyond contract signing.
