Mark Allen Group acquires Road portfolio from DVV Media International

London, UK – DVV Media International (DVV MI), a leading B2B media and events company serving the transport and logistics markets, has announced the sale of its Road portfolio of products to Mark Allen Group (MAG). The transaction, which was completed on Wednesday 31 December, 2025, marks a new chapter for the Road business.

The Road portfolio, which has long provided specialist journalism, digital services, and industry events for the UK road freight and commercial vehicle sector, was sold for an undisclosed sum.

DVV MI’s established road transport brands, including Commercial Motor, Motor Transport, Transport News, and Road Transport Expo, will now be under the ownership of Mark Allen Group. The portfolio serves a wide audience, from haulage business leaders and decision-makers to commercial vehicle operators, through its print, digital, and events platforms.
