On Sunday 31 August, 2025, Afro Rave London made its highly anticipated debut as the first UK pop-up of Africa’s largest youth-driven cultural festival. The event, held in the heart of London on Sunday 3rd August, brought a vibrant mix of Afrobeats, dance, and creativity to the city.
Founded by Omamofe Daniel Omatseye, the CEO of Rave Experience, the festival has evolved from its humble beginnings in Warri, Nigeria, into a cultural powerhouse. With thousands of attendees, the festival has expanded to multiple African cities and now, with its London edition, marks its international expansion. In partnership with Bellafricana UK, the event connected diaspora communities, creatives, and global brands through music, art, and shared culture.
Featuring live DJs, fashion pop-ups, and a unique fusion of African energy with London’s diverse creative scene, Afro Rave London follows the success of previous Rave Experience events. These events have partnered with leading sponsors such as MTN, Guinness, Heineken, Budweiser, and Nestlé, solidifying the platform’s growing global reputation.
