ImpactScope and Norfolk County Council Collaborate to Implement DIOM Technology in Outcomes Fund

Norwich / Geneva – ImpactScope, a leading technology company, has announced a new partnership with Norfolk County Council (NCC) in the UK. The two organizations have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to pilot the deployment of ImpactScope’s Decentralized Impact Outcomes Marketplace (DIOM) technology within a new Outcomes Fund. This collaboration aims to showcase the benefits of using blockchain technology and web3 tools in the commissioning and verification of social impact outcomes.

NCC, known for its progressive approach to adopting new technologies, will be using this pilot to test DIOM as a digital orchestration layer for outcomes-based funding. The focus of the pilot will be on achieving measurable improvements for vulnerable young people and their families, while also streamlining administrative processes and providing real-time visibility of results.

CEO of ImpactScope, Sean Murphy, expressed his enthusiasm about the partnership, stating, “This collaboration with Norfolk County Council is a significant milestone in the application of emerging technologies in the outcomes funding space. By combining the transparency of blockchain with AI-driven monitoring, DIOM has the potential to unlock scalability and cost efficiencies that traditional outcomes funds often struggle to achieve. We are proud to support NCC’s vision in pioneering this approach.”

Councillor Fabian Eagle, NCC Cabinet Member for Economic Growth, also shared his thoughts on the partnership, saying, “Norfolk County Council has a strong track record of being at the forefront of innovative funding approaches that bring tangible benefits to our residents. We are pleased to be partnering with ImpactScope on this pilot initiative. Our commitment to innovation remains central to our mission of serving our communities. DIOM presents a promising and practical way to enhance transparency, foster collaboration with our partners, and ensure that public funding generates the greatest possible impact.”

This pilot is expected to yield valuable insights and demonstrate the potential of DIOM in revolutionizing outcomes-based funding. However, it should be noted that neither ImpactScope nor Norfolk County Council have any affiliation with Pressat or pressat.co.uk, and this news is not being distributed by them in any way.
