PKF Littlejohn Advisory completes sale of South Creake pub and inn
PKF Littlejohn Advisory has completed the sale of The Ostrich Inn in South Creake, Norfolk, following an administration process. Joint administrators Oliver Collinge and James Sleight finalised the sale on 22 September 2025.
The Ostrich Inn, a village pub and inn dating back to the mid-1800s, features eight bedrooms accommodating up to 22 guests and a restaurant that focuses on local produce. It has been a long-standing part of the community and a popular destination for visitors.
Oliver Collinge of PKF Littlejohn Advisory said: “This successful sale secures the future of a historic inn. The Ostrich Inn is a popular boutique destination among its loyal customer base as well as a much-loved local hostelry. We’re delighted to have helped in preserving the business both for its travelling customers and the surrounding area.”
