Starting in 2014 as a one-woman business at Louise’s dining room table, Go HR has grown into a leading outsourced HR consultancy. Its success lies in its clear commitment to making high-level HR expertise available, approachable, and deeply people-centred for SMEs across the UK.

Louise’s approach has always challenged convention. Bringing more than 35 years of HR expertise, Louise holds Chartered Fellow CIPD (FCIPD) status, alongside qualifications as an MBTI Practitioner and NLP Diploma holder. Her career spans senior leadership positions with Vodafone, AstraZeneca, the National Exhibition Group, and Yellow Pages. Today, she leads a dedicated team with 60+ years of combined knowledge, delivering tailored, people-first HR solutions.
