Forever Network Gains Tobique Licence to Launch ForeverBet in 25+ International Markets

Last Updated on: 26th August 2025, 05:28 pm

Forever Network has officially secured a Tobique Digital Gaming Licence, granting regulatory approval to roll out its sports betting platform, ForeverBet, in more than 25 global markets.

Issued by the Tobique Gaming Commission, the licence confirms that ForeverBet meets the Commission’s rigorous standards for security, fairness, and responsible gambling. This approval clears the path for the company to expand into several regulated regions, with South East Asia identified as a key growth market due to Forever Network’s substantial following there.

ForeverBet represents Forever Network’s debut in the betting industry. Built in partnership with leading iGaming solutions provider Totem, the platform integrates a full-scale sportsbook, culturally relevant betting options, social interaction features, and casino content from over 150 studios worldwide.

“This is a milestone for us in more ways than one,” said Forever Network chief executive Alex Sumsky. “It’s the first time we’ve announced ForeverBet publicly, and I’ve been passionate about building a product that serves our entire audience, not just the US. This licence means we can engage fans from more than 25 major countries in our audience base, particularly in South East Asia, where the passion for sport is unmatched.”

Known globally for its popular brands Basketball Forever, Football Forever, and Hockey Forever, Forever Network currently reaches an audience of over 400 million fans each year. With ForeverBet, the company is evolving from a media-driven business into a hybrid content-and-wagering platform, while continuing to focus on community engagement and user experience.

Totem, founded by the innovators behind Unikrn, brings the technology backbone to ForeverBet. Its platform is engineered to handle large-scale live betting volumes, deliver new features rapidly, and maintain compliance across different regulatory frameworks.

Totem chief executive Karl Flores commented: “ForeverBet has been built to meet stringent regulatory requirements from the outset. With the Tobique licence secured, we’re ready to introduce a sportsbook that aligns with the way modern fans experience sport.”

ForeverBet will open pre-registration ahead of its September launch, with further announcements expected soon on its social betting functionality and region-specific markets.
