The Staff Appreciation & Development Celebration, in partnership with Jessamy Platinum Homecare, will take place on Saturday, September 20th, 2025 at the Village Hotel in Warrington. The event will bring together staff, commissioners, partners, friends, and family for an evening of recognition, inspiration, and heartfelt celebration.
This event is more than just a staff party, it is a tribute to the dedication, compassion, and professionalism of those who serve children and adults living with complex needs, learning disabilities, autism, and mental health conditions across the North West.
The evening will be centered around Jessamy’s core values of Kindness, Love, and Care. CEO Pauline Vuyelwa Muswere-Enagbonma will open the celebration with a keynote speech, paying tribute to “the quiet, steadfast acts of care that form the lifeblood of our mission and the heartbeat of everything we do.”
The event will also include a keynote address by Professor Celestine Iwendi, a prestigious staff awards ceremony, and a global flavors banquet featuring dishes inspired by West Africa, the Caribbean, and international cuisine. There will also be music and celebration to ensure the night is both inspirational and joyous.
The awards have been determined through a fair and transparent process, including peer nominations, family and client feedback, and management evaluation against clear criteria. This ensures that each recognition is authentic and well-deserved.
In addition to celebrating the outstanding care teams, the event will also showcase Jessamy Platinum Homecare’s vision for the future. This includes expanding leadership programs, enhancing service delivery with the development of JessamyCareOne – an innovative digital care management system, and strengthening partnerships to meet the region’s increasing care demands.
The celebration is open to all Jessamy Platinum Homecare employees, invited guests, partners, and family members. Spaces are limited and must be reserved in advance. Attendance is free of charge, with complimentary non-alcoholic refreshments available all evening. A cash bar will also be open for alcoholic beverages.
