Hope Spring eCards, a charity fundraising platform dedicated to alleviating water poverty, is celebrating International Cat Day with a series of free eCards. On their blog, the Hereford-based charity announced the offer ahead of the annual event, which is held on August 8th every year.

Organized by a cat care charity, International Cat Day is an effort to promote awareness of cats, and how to treat them with care and compassion. It’s a day that is supported by both cat owners and non-cat owners, and is backed by professionals in the animal health and welfare industry, like vets, animal rescues, and animal hospitals.

Temi Odurinde, cat owner and Hope Spring trustee, stated “You don’t have to own a cat to participate in International Cat Day, but for those of us who do, it’s a day to look at our furry friends in a new light and learn how to take care of them even better than we do already”. He added that Hope Spring eCards has launched a dozen new cat-themed ecards online, which can be sent free of charge via WhatsApp or email.

The eCard range is open to all, with Hope Spring eCard users and non-users alike able to send the cards free of charge. To find out more about this offer, visit Hope Spring’s website and social media pages.
