Auriga Services Aids 478K Individuals Struggling with Financial Hardships and Life’s Obstacles

Auriga Services, a public benefit organisation dedicated to supporting individuals through life’s challenges, has released its 2024/25 Impact Report showcasing its significant impact on those facing financial vulnerability and social hardship. The report highlights that an impressive 478,650 people have been supported through a range of Auriga’s services in the past year alone.

As a not-for-profit organisation, Auriga is wholly owned by the Evnia Charitable Trust and any surplus generated is reinvested into the trust, amplifying the organisation’s social value and allowing for more people to be supported through targeted community funding. This unique structure makes every partnership with Auriga a direct contribution to lasting social change.

The numbers speak for themselves, with Auriga’s 2024/25 achievements reflecting both the scale and quality of its services. In the past year, Auriga has supported 478,650 people, identified £7.76 million in potential income and savings for beneficiaries, secured £2.43 million in realised income directly for service users, and issued 418,831 emergency fuel vouchers to help households in crisis. Additionally, an average of £2,200 in annual income uplift has been provided to each person supported through casework.

Jill Wheeler, CEO of Auriga Services, reflects on these accomplishments in her opening letter in the report, stating: “We exist to support people through life’s challenges, with a focus on empowering those experiencing financial vulnerability and social hardship. Through our dedicated team, collaborations, and strong partnerships, we have delivered meaningful support across multiple sectors. We have remained committed to delivering services that matter… Together, we are making a difference.”
