Adam Seyman has been recruited by Benham & Reeves Residential Lettings to head up its Hampstead office. Seyman, who has been working in the property industry since 2010 and has considerable managerial experience, joins the firm after three years as lettings manager at a rival agency. In his new role at Benham & Reeves Lettings, Adam will look to expand the firm’s corporate lettings service and maintain Hampstead’s position as a leading location to live for expatriate tenants who make up a third of the agent’s tenants in the area.

Benham & Reeves Lettings is a longstanding member of the Hampstead business community, having opened its first branch in Hampstead in 1956. Since then, it has opened another 14 offices across London, making it the largest independent lettings agency in the capital. The company also operates offices with locally-employed staff in Hong Kong, Singapore and Malaysia to better serve its overseas investors.

Adam Seyman comments, “Hampstead continues to attract a broad base of tenants, many of whom are international executives coming here to work on secondment. Its village-y atmosphere ensures it is continuously soughtafter by both locals and overseas professionals who are looking for an area that feels cosmopolitan. The firm already has a number of properties that are bound to attract corporate tenants so while not turning away from the middle market, I think there is tremendous scope to expand Benham & Reeves’ reach further into the corporate lettings sector.”

Anita Mehra, Managing Director of Benham & Reeves Lettings comments, “We’re delighted that Adam has chosen to accept this opportunity and we are confident that he will take our Hampstead branch to a new level. Adam already shares our values of teamwork and integrity, and in the short time he has been on board, he’s proved himself to be a very hardworking and dedicated manager.”
