Best-selling author Max Landsberg has released his latest book, ‘The Power of the Dao: Seven Essential Habits for Living in Flow, Fulfillment and Resilience’, based on the enduring wisdom of Daoist principles and practices. Landsberg believes that by following the seven Daoist principles, one can learn to live in a constant state of flow and enjoy a more fulfilled life.

In the book, Landsberg explores seven ancient principles of Daoism which can help us to gain a clearer understanding of our environment. The first three principles concern a person’s relationship with their environment (Energies, Patterns, Self-so-ness), while the following three focus on how to interact with the environment (Simplicity, Effortless Action, Potency). Finally, the seventh principle, ‘Attaining Dao’, or Mastery, helps to achieve a state of flow.

Dr Marshall Goldsmith, Thinkers50 #1 Executive Coach and New York Times bestselling author, praised ‘The Power of the Dao’, stating: “Insightful and engaging! … this book hits the mark with powerful techniques for living a more fulfilled life.”

Landsberg, who is an international authority on personal development, leadership, motivation and executive coaching, was a Partner at McKinsey & Company and has led McKinsey’s SeniorPartners Office for seven years. He has written several books which have sold more than a million copies in fifteen languages.

‘The Power of the Dao: Seven Essential Habits for Living in Flow, Fulfillment and Resilience’ will be available as a hardback and e-book from 14 September 2023, with an audiobook version coming out in December 2023.
