Kimon Services has been confirmed as a finalist in the upcoming Outsourcing Impact Review (OIR) 2025 Awards, organised by Outsource Accelerator (OA).
The company’s signature programme, Providing Opportunities for Women in India, was recognised for its exceptional outcomes in driving progress both within the outsourcing industry and in local communities.
The OIR Awards, now in their third year, celebrate organisations that set global standards for innovation, social impact, and sustainable business practices. Kimon’s recognition demonstrates the effectiveness of its Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives against strong international competition.
By opening up secure, work-from-home employment for talented women in India, Kimon addresses long-standing cultural and safety challenges that often restrict women’s mobility. Its model allows women to strengthen household incomes and contribute to wider economic development without compromising their safety or values.
The initiative represents more than a business strategy: it is a powerful movement towards equality, empowerment, and participation for women in India.
As one of this year’s DEI category finalists, Kimon will be highlighted in the landmark OIR 2025 Report, launching publicly on 15 October 2025. The report will profile 31 finalists worldwide and detail the practices shaping the next era of responsible outsourcing.
Michael Kitt, CEO of Kimon Services said: “Being named an OIR finalist is a powerful endorsement of our commitment to provide opportunities for women in India. This motivates us to set even higher standards for positive impact in the outsourcing industry.”
Launched by Outsource Accelerator, the Outsourcing Impact Review is an annual benchmark of global outsourcing excellence, recognising exceptional projects in diversity, education, well-being, social responsibility, and community empowerment.
