NeuralTrust, a leading platform for securing and scaling AI agents, announced today the opening of a new office in London. The move is in response to the increasing deployment of AI agents in the UK market, where traditional security tools are struggling to keep up with the rapidly changing landscape.
Located at 167 Great Portland Street, the London office will serve as a hub for NeuralTrust’s UK clients, partners, and recruitment efforts. The company has already established strong partnerships with major UK industry bodies and is committed to bringing its expertise in securing agentic deployments to businesses across the region.
“We founded NeuralTrust to address the unique risks posed by AI agents, which traditional security tools were not designed to handle,” said Joan Vendrell, Co-Founder and CEO of NeuralTrust. “The UK market has been quick to recognize this risk, and we are excited to be here to help mitigate it.”
The Need for AI Agent Security
As companies transition from experimenting with AI to running autonomous agents in production, they encounter a problem that traditional tools cannot detect. Agents have the ability to take actions, access tools, and manipulate data in ways that standard security controls were not built to monitor.
A single compromised or misconfigured agent can cause major damage, such as leaking sensitive data or taking unauthorized actions, at machine speed and with minimal human intervention. According to Gartner, by 2027, 40% of enterprises will demote or decommission autonomous AI agents due to governance gaps that only surface after a security breach has occurred.
To address this gap, NeuralTrust offers a comprehensive security platform that includes TrustGate, an AI gateway that enforces policies and controls access; TrustGuard, which detects and blocks malicious or unsafe agent behavior in real-time; and TrustTest, a red teaming product that proactively identifies vulnerabilities in AI systems.
“These risks are not unique to the UK market, but UK enterprises are moving quickly with AI agents and need a partner who understands both the potential and the risk,” said Cameron Brown, UK Managing Director at NeuralTrust. “Our new London office allows us to work even more closely with our clients, including banks, airlines, and enterprises, to ensure they have the necessary visibility and control to safely deploy AI agents in production.”
Growing to Meet Demand
In June 2026, NeuralTrust raised a $20 million seed round, the largest cybersecurity seed financing raised by a European company to date. The company plans to use these funds to expand internationally, deepen integration across its platform, and invest in its engineering team. The opening of the London office is a direct result of this growth, with plans to hire across sales, customer success, and engineering in the UK in the coming months.
