On 22nd November 2023, Sureserve Group Ltd, an energy services Group, announced that they had signed and exchanged a contract to acquire the entire issued share capital of Swale Heating Holdings Ltd and its subsidiary Swale Heating Limited. This acquisition expands Sureserve’s footprint and further expands their capabilities in providing heating solutions.
Swale Heating, which was established in 1972, currently turns over £43m and provides installation, repair and maintenance services to over 140,000 households across the Southeast, London and East Anglia. Specialising in standard boiler installations, technical commercial projects and a range of renewable heating solutions, the company delivers comprehensive customer service 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Sureserve, which was founded in 1988 and is headquartered in Dartford, currently employs some 2800 staff across the UK. It was acquired by Cap10 in July 2023.
The acquisition of Swale Heating by Sureserve Group Ltd will enable the energy services Group to expand its capabilities in providing heating solutions to both public and private sector customers. With Swale Heating’s established expertise in standard boiler installations, technical commercial projects and a range of renewable heating solutions, this acquisition will ensure that Sureserve Group Ltd can continue to deliver essential and affordable heating, energy savings, and compliance solutions.
