“Shoreditch Church Taken Over by Jealous for Explosive Summer Show on June 14th-15th, 2025”

Jealous presents the inaugural Jealous Summer Show, a two-day event at St Michael’s Church in Shoreditch, London, on Saturday 14th and Sunday 15th June 2025. Transforming the Grade I listed Church into a vibrant hub of creativity, community, and chaos, the event promises to be an unforgettable experience.

Jealous, known for their irreverent energy and commitment to showcasing the best in contemporary art, will be curating and presenting this show in their unique and playful style. The iconic and much-loved contemporary art gallery and fine art print studio have once again pulled together an enviable roster of names, offering visitors an exclusive line-up of print releases, legendary artists, and surprises.

Art enthusiasts can look forward to new and unseen works from renowned artists such as Helen Beard, David Shrigley, Sue Arrowsmith, Jake Chapman, Blur, Ben Kelly, Miss Bugs, Harry Hill, Charming Baker, Opake, Yinka Shonibare, Antony Micallef, Noel Fielding, Michael Craig-Martin, Ian Davenport, and Lakwena, among others.

In addition to the art, the Jealous Summer Show also reinforces the organization’s commitment to community action. Jealous is proud to support The Big Issue and the Tottenham and Hornsey Food Banks, for whom they have served as a donation drop-off point for over five years. Visitors bringing non-perishable food items to the event will be granted free entry, with all donations going towards helping those most in need.

For the first time ever, all 16 prints from The Help Portfolio will be available for purchase individually. Co-published by Director of Cristea Roberts Gallery, David Cleaton-Roberts, Sue Arrowsmith, collector Christian Mathews, and Jealous in 2020, this artwork has raised over £300K for the 16 charities chosen by each of the participating artists.

Dario Illari, Director of Jealous, said, “We’re not interested in a ‘white cube’ experience, we want people to connect with art in unexpected ways. St Michael’s is a magical venue, and this summer we’ll be packing it with everything people love about Jealous: amazing artists, limited edition releases, and a sense of mischief and meaning. From punk-influenced prints to socially conscious statements, the works on show will span the humorous, the political, the bold, and the beautiful. In classic Jealous style, nothing will be too precious, and all art will be for sale, accessible, and in many cases, very affordable. And yes, there will be a bar. Be nice to see you there!”

The Jealous Summer Show will be held at St Michael’s Church, 74-76 Leonard St, Shoreditch, London EC2A 4QS. Tickets are available through Eventbrite. For more information, please visit the Jealous website, email info@jealousgallery.com, or follow Jealous on Instagram @jealous_london.
