Sheffield Chamber Orchestra Secures Sponsorship for 2025-26 Concert Season
Sheffield Chamber Orchestra is pleased to announce that Turner Violins, a renowned specialist in fine string instruments based in Beeston, Nottinghamshire, will be sponsoring its upcoming 2025-26 concert season. Under the leadership of Artistic Director Laurence Perkins, the Orchestra’s 2025-26 season will feature a diverse repertoire including works by Mendelssohn, Wagner, Telemann, Ruth Gipps, William Sterndale Bennett, Strauss, Brahms, Bruch, and Beethoven. The season will also include a new composition by Dominic McGonigal, guest conductor John Lyon, soloist Esme Greenwood, and the Steel City Choristers.
