Surrey and Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust (SASH) has partnered with Each Person to launch a modern rewards and recognition platform that places employee appreciation at the heart of its workplace culture.
As part of this new initiative, SASH staff can easily send Ecards to one another as tokens of gratitude and encouragement. The Trust has also activated the Automated Milestones function, which ensures significant moments—such as work anniversaries and achievements—are celebrated Trust-wide without additional admin.
The Each Person platform brings a flexible, forward-thinking approach to staff rewards and benefits. It centralises the process into a single digital space, making it easier for SASH to engage its workforce, strengthen retention, and promote a healthier, more motivated environment.

The Each Person system allows for spontaneous thank-yous, as well as formal recognition such as long service awards.
