Infinigate Group Appoints Peter Meier as New CFO and COO
Rotkreuz, Switzerland – The Infinigate Group, a leading technology platform and trusted advisor in Cybersecurity, Cloud & Network Infrastructure, has announced the appointment of Peter Meier as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Chief Operating Officer (COO). Meier brings with him a wealth of experience as a CFO and Management Board member of global technology companies, where he has successfully led operational business transformations.
Meier’s impressive track record includes his most recent role as Group CFO of DKV Mobility, Europe’s leading B2B platform for on-the-road payments and solutions. He has also held group CFO positions at HERE Technologies, a global leader in digital location mapping, KUONI Group, a leading international travel company, and the Swiss industrial corporation Sulzer LTD.
In his new role at Infinigate, Meier will be responsible for leading the finance function, optimizing the company’s financial assets, and supporting its M&A agenda. He will also play a key role in the organization’s ambitious growth strategy by helping to shape their next generation operating platform and ensuring operational efficiency and effectiveness.
