Last Updated on: 5th February 2024, 07:55 am

Recent research by G2 Legal, a front-running firm in legal recruitment, has disclosed that 35% of its candidates are considering a job transition in 2024, with these individuals categorising themselves as ‘very likely’ or ‘likely’ to seek new employment opportunities. This figure represents a 7% uptick from 2023, during which 28% of legal professionals indicated a propensity towards job mobility.

The survey delved into the work patterns of the legal community, showing that 78% are engaged in a hybrid work model, and 19% adhere to a traditional office-based role. Contrarily, only 6% of the respondents favoured a full-time office work environment as their preferred setup.

Conducted among over 30,000 candidates within G2 Legal’s proprietary database, the survey spanned from December 4th, 2023, to January 4th, 2024. For further insights into the survey or to reach out to G2 Legal, click HERE.
