In light of growing court backlogs, NHS Resolution has confirmed mediation as a highly efficient and effective way to resolve disputes. This announcement comes as Costs ADR (CADR) is pleased to announce its re-appointment by NHS Resolution to provide specialized mediation services for legal costs disputes.
This renewal solidifies CADR’s position as a key player in resolving high-value costs claims. With the Senior Courts Costs Office facing delays of over 15 months, the traditional route of Detailed Assessment is no longer a practical option.
