BRITISH CANNABIS™ has launched a new million pound consumer awareness campaign.
As part of this campaign, their adverts will be featured across some of the UK’s most popular national television networks.
These adverts were conceptualised by the creatives at The TV Agency.
This campaign was created in the style of classic health and beauty advertising, with the goal of “break(ing) down barriers to legal cannabis-derived products”.
According to the organisation, the target of the campaign is “45+ year old, health conscious UK consumers”.
These adverts will be aired on both SKY and Channel 5.
BRITISH CANNABIS™ Managing Director, David Ralson, celebrated the launch.
He said: “This is a monumental moment for our industry, as this is the first fully-approved TV advert to use ‘cannabis industry’ terminology, including iconography of the industrial Cannabis sativa L. plant itself, reference to our 100% cannabis-based based formulas and real-life consumers using our products.”
BRITISH CANNABIS™ Marketing Director, Steve Batchelor, echoed this enthusiasm.
He added: “Whilst the CBD consumer base has grown steadily for the last half-decade and with a lot of market hype in recent years, it has by contrast been very difficult to talk frankly about CBD products in traditional advertising mediums, due to obvious issues.”
