According to Clean Eyre Managing Director Symon Eyre, connecting third-party monitoring equipment to a customer’s corporate network is often blocked by IT security policies. However, using a RUT200 with a KeySIM IoT SIM card offers an alternative solution. The router establishes an independent mobile internet connection, while KeySIM provides a fixed IP address and secure access through its KeySecure VPN. Furthermore, by configuring port-forwarding rules on the RUT200, authorized engineers can securely connect remotely to specific devices and services behind the router.
