J&J Global Fulfilment, one of the UK’s leading eCommerce fulfilment specialists, has announced the appointment of Geoff Taylor as its new UK Managing Director. Taylor joined the company on September 1st, 2026, marking a significant moment for the business as it continues to expand under the QLS Group.
In his new role, Taylor will be responsible for deepening relationships with all customers, strengthening J&J’s UK proposition, and driving the next phase of growth. With a decade of experience as part of the Executive Team at iForce and over nine years as Managing Director at AEB International, Taylor brings a wealth of commercial leadership experience to the position. During his time at AEB International, he successfully delivered a staggering 370% increase in revenue.
According to Quincy Boogers, Group CEO of QLS, Taylor’s appointment is a testament to J&J’s commitment to growth and its determination to deliver excellence to its customers. Boogers also highlighted Taylor’s extensive commercial experience and leadership skills as the perfect fit for J&J’s future plans.
Taylor’s priorities in his new role include advancing automation within J&J’s UK fulfilment operations, developing its parcel services offering, and strengthening the company’s technology capabilities. These efforts will be supported by J&J’s human approach, which sets the company apart in the competitive fulfilment market.
In addition to his UK responsibilities, Taylor will also join the QLS Group board and report directly to Quincy Boogers. With this appointment, the Group now has Managing Directors in key territories such as the UK, Europe, and North America, as it continues to expand internationally.
Expressing his excitement about joining J&J and the QLS Group, Taylor stated, “In a cluttered fulfilment market, we are perfectly placed to differentiate ourselves with investment in automation and new solutions that will provide critical support to retailers looking to establish true fulfilment partnerships.”
