US-based F1R3FLY Industries Inc. has selected the UK as the first market outside the United States for the launch of its advanced F1R3FLY cybersecurity and data protection technology.
The F1R3FLY system stores organisational data within decentralised cloud shards, secured with a blockchain-grade security mechanism that has remained unbreached for decades. Unlike conventional blockchain implementations, which are often slow, expensive, and unsuitable for storing business data at scale, F1R3FLY offers fast, low-cost data access fully integrated within its protected environment.
The technology will first be offered to large enterprises and major systems integrators, enabling them to rapidly strengthen their defences against ongoing cyber threats.
The system can be applied across a broad range of sectors, safeguarding personal data, intellectual property, supply chain data, official records, media assets and other critical digital information.
It also enables precise control over how data is shared or distributed. Permissions can be customised to prevent viewing, copying or circulating information without authorisation, and help protect against the unauthorised use of creative works.
F1R3FLY Shards can be deployed across more than one organisation to create controlled, secure environments for sharing sensitive information. This is particularly relevant for healthcare providers, government agencies, and multi-organisation supply networks.
Stephen Alexander, President of F1R3FLY, said: “There is now a practical and cost-effective solution to the torrent of hacking. We stand ready to work with IT departments and Systems Integrators to ensure the security of companies’ data and their supply chains.”
Steven Knight CBE, Writer, Director, and Producer, working with F1R3FLY on media projects, said: “F1R3FLY can make an immediate and crucial intervention in a current situation which is urgent and present. F1R3FLY can fight hacking and prevent it. We aim to make it widely available as soon as possible.”
F1R3FLY is also working with partners in the data centre industry and is preparing to announce further developments in the coming weeks.
