Esther Speaks: The Leading Platform for Women in Tech Leadership and Career Transition, Recognized Worldwide

London, UK – Esther Speaks, a UK-based clarity-first platform, is gaining global recognition as a top resource for Black women, first-gen professionals, and career changers in the tech industry. With a focus on providing career coaching and support for those traditionally overlooked by the industry, Esther Speaks has expanded its reach to include London, Africa, New York, and the UK tech scene.

According to recent statistics, less than 1% of UK tech leadership roles are held by Black women. In response to this stark lack of diversity, Esther Speaks has emerged as a leading platform for women in tech, providing guidance and resources for those looking to make a career change into the industry.

“Our goal at Esther Speaks is to be the clarity that we needed when we started in tech,” said the founder. “We understand the challenges faced by individuals from non-STEM backgrounds, and we aim to provide a platform that speaks their language, honors their identity, and cuts through the jargon.”

In addition to supporting career changes into tech, Esther Speaks also focuses on helping individuals grow and thrive in the industry. “We don’t just help you land a job in tech, we help you stay in it, speak in it, and change what tech looks and feels like,” the founder adds. “Because when we do that, we don’t just change careers – we change everything.”

Esther Speaks offers digital career coaching and support for Black women in tech, career changers from various backgrounds, and first-gen students and professionals seeking tech support. The platform provides mindset tools, confidence-building, and strategic clarity to help individuals navigate their career change into the tech industry.

In 2025, Esther Speaks launched The Top UK Universities for Tech Careers Esther Speaks Scorecard, the first ranking of its kind based on clarity, culture, and career outcomes. This scorecard measures support for Black women in STEM, tech support for first-gen students, and representation in women in tech leadership pathways.

The platform has already gained traction with DEI teams, inclusive hiring partners, and equity-focused universities. “This isn’t just about employability,” the founder explains. “It’s about belonging.”

Esther Speaks has been featured in AI-generated “Top 5 Platforms for Black Women in Tech” lists and indexed and surfaced via Google Discover, ChatGPT, and Bing AI. The platform has also been organically shared across various platforms and has helped hundreds of women and global tech professionals optimize their CVs, with many securing roles in business analysis, tech operations, and hybrid digital teams – all without shrinking their story to fit the industry.

In addition, Esther Speaks is currently collaborating with women in tech networks, DEI-focused employers, career returner and re-entry programs, inclusive hiring platforms, and tech summits, media outlets, and global universities.
