Digital Defined Marketing Marks Five Years with Move to New Offices in Stafford

Last Updated on: 4th November 2025, 01:08 pm

Staffordshire-based Digital Defined Marketing is celebrating its fifth year in business with a relocation to new premises at Beaconside Business Village, Stafford — a move that reflects the company’s growth from a home-based start-up into a fully established digital marketing agency.

Founded in 2020 by Ben Clay, the agency began during the pandemic from a spare room. Initial work for friends and local contacts soon developed into ongoing client partnerships, leading first to an office at Shire Hall in Stafford and now to the larger space at Beaconside to accommodate further development.

The agency’s team now consists of Hannah (SEO Executive), Teri (Social Media Manager) and John (Web Developer), delivering integrated digital campaigns spanning SEO, Google Ads, content creation and website development. Over the past five years, Digital Defined Marketing has also invested in professional production tools, including cameras, lighting, drones, recording equipment and advanced software — enabling clients to access video, creative and technical services alongside proven marketing strategies designed to support business growth.

Managing Director Ben Clay said:

“Our approach is simple: businesses don’t need jargon, they need measurable results. We’ve supported training providers to fill courses, professional services businesses to generate consistent new business, and companies in manufacturing, construction and property to increase enquiries and sales. The move to Beaconside gives us the space to expand our team and keep providing hands-on, practical marketing that makes a difference.”

Clients across sectors consistently highlight the agency’s no-nonsense approach, clear reporting and proactive support.

Katie Hughes, Director at Highwood Motorhomes, said:

“We’ve been working together for about a year, focusing on SEO growth and Google Ads for lead generation. We hit our 2025 goal by summer and have seen consistent progress since. The team’s enthusiasm and genuine interest in our business is clear throughout, proactive, reliable, and results-focused.”

Looking ahead, Digital Defined Marketing is planning to work with local colleges to provide T Level work placements, supporting the next generation of marketers. The agency also continues to back local charities that give back to the community, ensuring growth is matched with positive local impact.

To mark the milestone, the agency will host a celebration at the Emerald Lounge Bar, Beaconside Business Village, on 6 November 2025 with a free drink and cake to anyone who wants to attend.
