“Critical Security Communications Enhanced with KeySIM IoT SIMs, Teltonika Routers, and Fixed IP Connectivity by CSC Security Consultants”

CSC Security Consultants, a leading provider of fire and security solutions, has implemented KeySIM IoT SIMs and Teltonika routers to ensure secure and resilient connectivity for CCTV and security installations in Ireland and the United Kingdom.

Established in 2007 and based in the Republic of Ireland, CSC Security Consultants offers a range of services including monitored CCTV, intruder alarms, access control, integrated security management, monitoring, and maintenance.

In February 2023, CSC Security Consultants made the switch to KeySIM and has since utilized approximately 300 KeySIM IoT SIMs in its customer deployments. These SIMs are installed in Teltonika routers, providing a secure connection between remote CCTV systems and CSC Security Consultants’ chosen alarm receiving centres. KeySIM is directly interconnected with these centres, allowing authorized operators to access the systems through private fixed IP connectivity without exposing them to the public internet.

For installations that require external access, KeySIM also offers controlled public fixed IP connectivity, giving CSC Security Consultants the flexibility to choose the most suitable configuration for each deployment.

Declan Cassin, Managing Director of CSC Security Consultants, stated, “We needed a secure and flexible IoT SIM solution for our CCTV and security installations. After switching from our previous provider to KeySIM in February 2023, we have been impressed with the features, including Network Steerer, secure VPN connectivity, and the option for private or public fixed IP connectivity depending on the specific application. As of July 2026, we are using around 300 KeySIM IoT SIMs in our customer deployments and have been extremely satisfied with the service provided.”

KeySIM’s multi-network IoT SIMs can connect to various networks, including Vodafone, Meteor, and Three in the Republic of Ireland, and Vodafone, O2, EE, and Three in the United Kingdom. This access to multiple networks through one SIM helps maintain connectivity in areas where mobile coverage and network availability may vary.

Additionally, KeySIM offers Network Steering, which enables CSC Security Consultants to remotely direct a SIM to another available mobile network through the KeySIM management portal. This feature can restore connectivity during a local network issue without the need for a SIM replacement or an immediate visit from an engineer.

With an extensive background in critical security communications, KeySIM founder Graham Robinson understands the importance of secure and reliable connectivity. Prior to establishing KeySIM, Robinson served as the Finance Director of an alarm receiving centre and deployed over 10,000 Teltonika telematics devices for lone-worker protection.

Robinson stated, “My experience in alarm receiving centres and the deployment of over 10,000 Teltonika devices has shown me the crucial role secure and reliable connectivity plays. With KeySIM, CSC Security Consultants can benefit from multi-network resilience, remote network control, and secure fixed IP access for their critical CCTV installations.”

Licensed by Ireland’s Private Security Authority, CSC Security Consultants operates across all 32 counties, catering to a diverse range of customers in the commercial, retail, hospitality, healthcare, public, construction, and industrial sectors.
