The session will be presented by renowned business strategist and podcast host Spencer Lodge, and aims to achieve a Guinness World Record for the largest real estate training event ever conducted.
Training will be led by Dr Nour El-Serougy, a highly respected figure in the field of real estate education and PropTech. With over 20 years of international experience, Dr El-Serougy is celebrated for mentoring thousands of property professionals across MENA and beyond.
A panel discussion on investment in Dubai Islands will follow, with speakers including Mr Ismael Al Hammadi, Mr Nazish Khan, Ms Sonia Waters, and Dr El-Serougy, exploring future opportunities in one of Dubai’s most visionary developments.
Senior government representatives are also expected, reinforcing the city’s reputation as a leading hub of innovation and property expertise.
