QLS Group, a leading independent eCommerce fulfilment provider in Europe, has announced the appointment of Anneke Keller as their new Chief Technology Officer. Keller officially joined the company on August 4th, 2026.
This strategic move by QLS Group comes as they continue to prioritize their technology focus across their expanding network, which now includes Europe, the UK, North America, and Australia. The company has recently acquired ShopWeDo and J&J Global Fulfilment in 2024 and 2025 respectively. With Keller joining the Group’s board, QLS Group’s technology strategy will now have a direct voice at the leadership level.
In her new role, Keller will oversee technology operations across the entire Group, with a specific focus on keeping QLS at the forefront of tech-enabled fulfilment. This includes driving the development of the my.QLS platform and J&J’s ControlPort™ platform, as well as promoting the adoption of AI and automation throughout the business. For QLS Group’s clients, Keller’s appointment highlights the company’s commitment to investing in technology to support their day-to-day operations. This includes platform reliability and faster releases of smarter tools that help eCommerce stores manage stock, orders, and fulfilment more efficiently and accurately as they grow.
With over 20 years of experience in senior technology leadership roles, including positions such as CTO at PostNL and Wehkamp, Head of Jumbo Tech Campus, and senior technology roles at Coolblue, KPN, and TomTom, Keller brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her new role. Throughout her 30-year career, she has successfully led digital transformations, built and reshaped tech teams, introduced DevOps and agile ways of working, and delivered both embedded and cloud-based solutions. Her approach has always been focused on promoting faster innovation that aligns with business strategy.
In addition to her technical background, Keller is also known for her people-oriented leadership style. She has spent the past few years coaching leaders and teams through complex organizational changes. Keller firmly believes that strong technology and strong teams go hand in hand, and that building resilient and high-performing teams is just as crucial as the technology itself.
