Global Resale Ltd. has received the prestigious Queen’s Award for Enterprise.
The Queen’s Award is one of the greatest achievements a UK company can garner, as it directly celebrates small businesses competing and succeeding on an international level. Global Resale provides technology recycling and refurbishment services to its customers – from large corporations to retailers, resellers and traders – across more than 64 countries.
The award is viewed as an amazing achievement for the company, considering it only started trading four years ago.
Chris Farrell, General Manager of Global Resale’s European Headquarters in Essex, discussed the accolade. He said: “We have our dedicated team to thank for our success. Even in this unprecedented situation with the COVID-19 pandemic, they persisted, working safely at full capacity to ensure our customers can continue to rely on us for their high-quality, refurbished technology product needs.”
Global Resale’s Group CEO, Jeff Zeigler also commented on the company’s success: “We are incredibly honoured Global Resale has received this distinguished award and couldn’t be happier with the growth of our European business.”
He added: “I am extremely proud that the refurbished technology products we provide are used all over the world and have a positive role to play in the current COVID-19 pandemic. We have continued to deliver strong growth to our European customers whilst responding to the complexities arising out of Brexit.”
With 77 percent year-on-year growth in global sales of refurbished technology products over the last three years, it doesn’t look like Global Resale’s growth will be slowing down any time soon.
