With both the UK and US economies taking massive hits over the last couple of months, any news of support is welcomed.

Thus, Ph.Creative, a leading brand agency, is pledging what it describes as ‘$7 million’ to ‘help boost the economies of both countries’. This is being distributed as 100 percent grants for the design of career websites and 50 percent match funding for strategic employer branding.

This initiative is designed with the aim of boosting employment in both countries over the coming months.

The CEO of Ph.Creative, Bryan Adams, has discussed the challenges that lie ahead for the economy after the covid-19-induced global downturn.

He said: “It’s been tough watching the two countries I call home lay off millions of people in a matter of weeks. And when we as a society start emerging on the other side of the COVID-19 pandemic, looking ahead at some economic recovery models, it’s going to be challenging for organizations to refill these roles as they look to rebuild with the same calibre of talent and the new skill sets needed for success.

Adams, who is also the founder of the company, added: “Many organizations simply don’t have the right tools in place to effectively attract and engage the candidates needed to fill these roles quickly at scale.”

The website offer is to the value of over $140k, with award winning services being offered.

According to Adams, the only thing that they aren’t offering for free in this regard is “hosting, maintenance and support, because of the on-going commitment issues and legal obligations”.

All the funding is expected to be distributed within the next month or so.

The application process is open until May 1st.
